CASA BRISA - TERMS & CONDITIONS OF HIRE

  1. Reservations will be held for 7 days by the owners. If during this time a £100 deposit (or full payment if holiday commences within six weeks of booking) and completed booking form is not received then the reservation will be cancelled. A confirmation of payment received will be sent within seven days.
     

  2. The £100 deposit is non-refundable in the event of remaining balance not being paid within six weeks of commencement of holiday or cancellation of holiday by yourselves. (We recommend you take out you own holiday insurance).
     

  3. The remaining balance of the booking fee is due no later than six weeks before commencement of holiday. The owners will send a reminder of the balance due eight weeks before the holiday start date. If the villa is booked last minute then the whole booking fee will be due immediately.
     

  4. The maximum number of occupants as detailed on the booking form must not be exceeded. The villa management company reserves the right to ask guests to leave if their name was not on the booking form.
     

  5. Some of the villas at La Goleta are permanent homes, we ask that guests are considerate to neighbours and to take good care of Casa Brisa. The villa management company reserves the right to ask any guests that mis-behave to leave.
     

  6. The villa will be available from 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure (unless alternative arrangements have been made).
     

  7. A local telephone number to contact if any problems arise is provided in the villa welcome pack. Please report any defects/ damage to this number on arrival.
