Casa Brisa is a family owned detached villa with two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite) in the exclusive and quiet La Goleta complex in Playa Blanca on the south west tip of Lanzarote. The villa is situated within 15 minutes walk to the sea and 10 minutes walk to Tapas Bar, Spanish Café, French bakery, Bar, English pub with major sporting events and pool table and two convenience stores. A fifteen minute walk takes you to excellent seafront restaurants and bars (Greek, two Italian and an Argentinean restaurants).

The villa is built to a high specification with marble floors throughout and marble bathrooms, the fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, integral cooker/hob, washing machine, microwave and features granite work surfaces. The furnishings are to a high standard as this is a 'home from home' that we plan to visit many times ourselves.

There is a large double height lounge, patio with sun loungers and a covered al-fresco dining area with a barbecue. Entertainment includes satellite television, hifi system,  DVD player with selection of films and playstation with games. A large shared pool is available for the exclusive use of La Goleta residents with superb views to Montana Roja.

Playa Blanca is an increasing popular resort with its range of beaches, dramatic seafront, many pavement bars and restaurants, good shops, newly developed marina and one of the longest promenade walks in Europe. There is a regular bus service or it is a 3 minute drive to the excellent Flamingo Beach and 5 minutes drive to Playa Blanca centre.
