Casa Brisa has been furnished as a 'home from home' in order to make any holiday in Playa Blanca as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

High quality construction with marble floors throughout and marble bathrooms.

Accommodation for up to four adults - with a sofa bed in the lounge area (ideal for extra guests). A cot, high chair and folding z-bed are available for hire if required.

Master bedroom has large fitted wardrobes, full length mirror and en-suite bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. Patio doors open onto the patio area.

The twin bedroom also benefits from large fitted wardrobes.

The family bathroom has large walk in shower area, toilet and sink.

Maid service is included with bedding changed once a week, towels changed twice a week and the villa is cleaned twice a week. All bedding and towels are of a high quality (beach towels not provided).

Fully fitted kitchen with granite work surfaces. Comprising - electric oven, halogen hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and microwave. All cooking utensils are provided.

Solana with washing machine and drying facilities.

Large double height lounge with two seater settee and three seater sofa bed. Entertainment is provided with satellite television, DVD player with selection of films, playstation with games, hifi system, books, board games and childrens games. Large french doors open onto patio area.

Large covered al-fresco dining area with seating for 10+ people and barbeque.

Iron, ironing board and hair dryer provided.

Patio with sun loungers.

A welcome pack with a bottle of wine awaits guests upon arrival. A local phone number is provided in case any problems arise during a holiday.
